NOTES FROM A FRIEND
Notes from a Friend. The latter half of the New Testament contains a series of letters known collectively as the “general epistles.” Just like getting a note from a close friend, these letters are intended to encourage the followers of Jesus. Some are long, some are short, but each gives us a window into the life of some of the first churches who ever existed. As we read them today, these letters challenge us, correct us, and ultimately encourage us, just like getting a note from a friend.
