GENEROSITY: When it comes to giving, our habit is often to total up what’s left over, and then consider giving out of that. With inflation on the rise, wages for some stagnating, and other financial concerns like student loans looming, we end up with little to give to God. What if instead, we were to give first and then live on what’s left? In Scripture, God’s people are always commanded to give first, to set aside the best. If we get things in the proper order - if we give first - we can expect God’s approval, and we’ll see him bless our church and his ministries local and global.
