We Love to be Generous!

Generosity is one of our core values. We are extravagantly generous with our time, talent and treasure. We never look more like Jesus than when we are giving. Your generosity is the fuel that enables us to minister to others. The money you donate goes to two places: our general fund and our blessing buckets.

General Fund
The general fund pays our rent and utilities. It compensates our church staff. It provides outreach dollars for our missionary partners throughout the world. And it enables us to minister to people here at home through our various ministries

Blessing Buckets
You may have seen the bright orange Blessing Buckets in our lobby. Folks drop a dollar or two in them when they pass through the lobby each week. Every dollar helps someone with a direct need like rent, groceries, utilities or a prescription. Over the last two years, our deacons have distributed over $20,000 from the Blessing Buckets!

WAYS TO GIVE

Sunday Mornings
You can be generous on any given Sunday here at South.  Offerings can be placed in the offering boxes on the communion tables throughout the worship center.  The Blessing Bucket can be found in the lobby--you can't miss it...it is bright orange!  Simply walk up and drop your gift in before or after the gathering.
