Stories of The Church is a journey through our history as we look forward to the future that God has for South Lansing Christian Church. For 10 weeks, we’ll make our way through Luke and Acts, challenging our people to read a chapter each day. Jesus’ teachings about life in the Kingdom, as well as the practices and theology of the earliest Christ-followers in the book of Acts are instructive for the 21st century church. They help us answer the question, “What kind of a church are we?” Similarly, God’s work through his people here at SLCC over the last 70 years is something to celebrate and remember as we head into what’s next. Each Sunday, we’ll interview someone from our congregation about a way in which God has worked through South Lansing Christian Church.
