Parents Lab

Talking about sex with your students can build integrity one talk at a time.

Parents Lab | Saturday, February 17 at 6pm

Awkward. Weird. Uncomfortable. These are only some of the words used to describe "the talk". Yes, that one! As students, some of us have experienced that, staring uncomfortably at our parents with "deer in the headlights" looks. Some of you learned all you needed to know either in a human development class, or possibly through extracurricular materials they don't hand out in schools, or possibly in sketchy places on the internet.

The good news is, it doesn't have to be this way for you or your students! Wherever you are in your parenting journey, "the talk" can begin now! Honest conversations, questions and letting your students know you are open to having talks about "the talk" are great ways to build sexual integrity.

Join us for dinner, discussion with other parents and great resources for starting these talks with your students!

If you parent a child age 0 to 18, we invite you to join us for Parents Lab!
