Creating Space to Pray and Play

Did you know that there is a city park on the other side of the “woods” behind our church building? For the past few years we have been dreaming about connecting our property to that park. We want to develop that as a space where people can play and pray.

Phase one of that project will kick off on Saturday, March 11 from 8 AM - 4PM.  Lunch will be provided!

We will spend the day clearing brush, briars and trash from the property. We need 75-100 people to work that day. Bring your chainsaws and brush cutters. Wear boots and gloves. Plan to get dirty! If you have groups at work or school that do service projects, bring them, too.

This is a HUGE project, and we need massive involvement to get started. You can sign up here!

Questions? Email the foreman here.
