Snapshots - Luke wrote, “And Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart.” Mary didn’t have a Polaroid camera. She didn’t have a scrapbook. There were no home movies of Jesus making his first woodworking project. When Jesus’ mother and father interacted with him, their scrapbook was their heart. Their cherished memories of their son – God’s Son – were stored in their internal photo album. This four-week series will look at four incidents in the life of Jesus where he interacted with his parents – three with his mother, Mary, and one with his Heavenly Father. |
